Changing your subscription or billing details

This guide outlines how to change your subscription or billing details.

Changing Your Subscription Plan


  1. Click on your profile picture (avatar) at the top right of your dashboard and then click Billing from the drop-down menu.
  2. Find the Current Plan section and click Change Plan.

Changing Your Billing Details and Credit Card


  1. Click on your profile picture (avatar) at the top right of your dashboard and then click Billing from the drop-down menu.
  2. Find the Payment Method section and click the Update Payment Method*.
  3. Add any additional information to all of your receipts such as your VAT ID, full business name, and address right below in the Extra Billing Information section.

*If you are subscribed to Comity through Shopify App Store, you need to go to your Shopify account to update your payment method.
